• 2009 marks the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. In Los Angeles Chinese American communities, the people are excited to celebrate this special occasion.
• Mutual understanding of different culture, history and people through photographs.
• A photographic exhibition and contest on Sino-US cultural exchanges will be held, using photos and documents to express the important role cultural exchanges play in all walks of life in China and the United States.
• This event will use the international internet for communication in order to quickly and easily connect and for convenience in sending/receiving contest photos and files for the exhibition.
